This policy explains how Prasanna Poly Clinic ("we", "us") handles information when you visit this website. It follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).
Information we collect
Call-back requests. If you use the "Request a call back" form, we collect your name, mobile number, the service you are interested in, your preferred call time and any message you choose to write. We use this only to call you back about your enquiry. It is stored securely on our web server, seen only by authorised clinic staff, never sold or shared for marketing, and deleted when no longer needed. Please do not include detailed medical information in the message box. To have your request deleted, call the clinic.
When you tap a Call or WhatsApp button, your phone or the WhatsApp app opens, and any conversation then happens directly between you and the clinic. This website has no online payments.
Like most websites, we collect anonymous usage data — pages visited, device type, approximate location (city), and how you reached the site — using:
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager — visitor and traffic statistics;
- Google Search Console — how the site appears in Google search;
- Microsoft Clarity — anonymised heatmaps and session recordings that help us improve the site. Clarity masks text you type.

How we use it
