Not every illness needs a hospital admission. Our day-care beds let you get IV fluids, injections, nebulization and a few hours of observation under nursing care, and go home the same day.

When is day care better than a hospital admission?

Many illnesses, such as dehydration from loose motions or vomiting, weakness during viral fever, or a mild asthma attack, only need a few hours of treatment and observation.

Day-care beds let you receive IV fluids, injections or nebulization under a doctor's supervision and go home the same day. If your condition needs a longer stay, the doctor will advise a hospital admission.

What is nebulization and who needs it?

A nebulizer turns liquid medicine into a fine mist that you breathe in through a mask or mouthpiece. It is used for wheezing, asthma and some chest infections, in both children and adults.

Nebulization is available at the clinic during OPD hours on all 7 days. The doctor checks your breathing before and after the treatment.

What is a GRBS test?

GRBS (General Random Blood Sugar) is a quick finger-prick test that shows your blood sugar in about a minute.

It helps the doctor check sugar levels in people with diabetes, giddiness or weakness, and during day-care treatment.
